About SRV Global

At SRV Global, we help leaders and teams thrive in diverse, high-stakes environments. Through tailored virtual and in-person experiences, we transform overwhelmed managers into confident leaders and unproductive meetings into strategic sessions that deliver measurable results. Our expertise spans intercultural leadership development, cohort-based learning design and management, co-creation approaches, and network strengthening —often blending these approaches for maximum impact. The result is better equipped leaders, stronger collaboration, smarter decisions, and sustainable solutions that work at a global scale.

We were founded by Sher Vogel in April 2025.  For Sher, SRV is more than just her initials—it’s a reflection of her commitment to servant leadership and core value of serving one another.

Sher collaborates with a variety of facilitators and coaches based around the globe.  Depending on the needs, location, and language of a project, she tends to bring in co-facilitators or reference clients to colleagues from:

About Sher

Sher Vogel is a global facilitator and leadership development trainer with two decades of experience in over 30 countries across Latin America, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. She specializes in innovation and impact, designing cross-sector learning experiences that have trained over 1,750+ leaders, sparked 300+ technologies and businesses through co-creative experiences, and strengthened leadership across 15 USAID Country Missions. Sher has trained and coached leaders from organizations such as MIT, Mitsubishi Motors, Bayada Home Health Care, USAID, the U.S. State Department, and numerous grassroots and community-driven initiatives. Known for her warm, inclusive style, she helps leaders navigate complexity and co-create strategies that bridge differences, spark bold ideas, turn vision into action, and drive lasting impact.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring outdoors, gardening, volunteering, hosting community potlucks, learning new languages, and exploring AI’s potential for global good.

Sher's JourneY

2007

Selected as the first Resident Advisor (RA) from Virginia Tech to pilot a bi-lateral RA exchange with Tec de Monterrey in Mexico for a semester. Organized and facilitated two international RA conferences.

2006-2008

Co-founded an international non-profit in the Dominican Republic that provided English tutoring, life skills workshops, and job placement for Haitian street youth. Served on the inaugural Board of Directors and led partner communications.

2009-2013

Served as a health organization development volunteer in Ethiopia, improving health clinic services and other programing for women living with HIV/AIDS.  Established the first peer support network and trained over 120 Peace Corps Volunteers and counterparts on program design, management, and intercultural competencies.  Developed the first Ethiopian program design and management manual.

2005-2008

Led and facilitated cross-cultural, leadership and creativity workshops for different offices across campus including the Office of International Research and Education, Comms Lab, and Residence Life while also serving as TA for Film Production courses.

2013-2023

Developed and oversaw global training programs that equipped 1,400+ leaders, innovators, and community facilitators in 30+ countries to co-create technologies, businesses, and solutions reaching over 500,000 people.  Established the inaugural steering committee for the International Development Design Summits and the International Development Innovation Network. Then, designed and managed MIT D-Lab's first professional education course on Inclusive Innovation that trained 59 executives across two course offerings.

2023-2025

Designed and managed cohort-based trainings, working groups, and coaching sessions for over 200 USAID leaders across 12 country missions, resulting in 9 new national climate resilience strategies, enhanced skills in climate science, inclusive leadership, and change  management.
