Process
Our process can take anywhere from a few weeks to five months, depending on the services, scope and needs of the project, and availability of all collaborators. Below is a sample flow of how we move forward together from initial consultation to closing, especially for our retreats and mutli-stakeholder engagements. For leadership coaching, we start with phase 1 and 2 and then move move directly into our coaching sessions.

Initial Consultation Call
We begin with a comprehensive consultation call to understand your vision, needs, goals, timeframe, resources, and current situation. This includes gathering all necessary information and documentation.
Analysis and Concept Note Review
Based on our consultation, our team then conducts an analysis and we create a customized two page concept note for your review. The concept note includes a proposed strategy, timeline, milestones, and resource allocation. We host a review call with you and key actors before moving forward.
Proposal Review & Approval
Based on our review call, we create a complete proposal and present our comprehensive proposal including strategy, timeline, and investment details to you and any key actors to the workshop or training. Once approved, we finalize contracts and begin working together.
Experience Design and Preparation
Our expert team begins designing the experience and making preparations. We maintain regular communication and provide progress updates throughout this phase.
Final Review of Agenda for Retreat, Meeting, or Workshop
We host a final pre-event call to the flow of the agenda, key notes, roles, expected outputs, and ensure everything meets your team's specific requirements before launch.
Workshop Week
We facilitate the retreat, workshop, or meeting for you so you can fully participate with your team. We provide facilitation, documentation, and regular check-ins to ensure we are headed in the direction you would like to go.
Final Debrief and Closing
Following the experience, we do a debrief call with you and key actors. During this call, we share highlights, insights, lessons learned, ideate potential next steps, and complete closing for the project.

Annual SRV Global Virtual Mixer
Each SRV Global client is invited to the annual virtual mixer the final Thursday of every August. The one and half hour experience is an opportunity to celebrate the past year and connect with others in the SRV Global network through creative virtual breakouts and micro-dialogue opportunities.
